Vaccine information in community languages
NHS Volunteer Responders has volunteers who help people who are shielding, vulnerable or isolating to avoid busy places by collecting their shopping, medicines and other important items. They also give support with regular friendly phone calls and arrange lifts to medical appointments. To register for support go online or call 0808 196 3646 (8am to 8pm, 7 days a week).

Track down business support and get advice to support your business through the pandemic.
Find services near you from Age UK
Age UK advice line for support with services and benefits: 0800 169 8787. They also host Silver Line’s 24 hour phone service for over 70s for information, friendship and support: 0800 470 8090.
National Domestic Abuse Helpline
This operates free, 24 hours a day on 0808 2000 247. Get support, advice and details of refuges and services in your local area. In an emergency always call 999.
Stonewall provides support for LGBTIQA+ Londoners
And have a coronavirus hub page with links to organisations who can offer more support through the crisis. Their information service is on 0800 050 2020, open 9:30 – 4:30 Monday to Friday.
Switchboard LGBT+ Helpline
Has a live chat service and phoneline at 0300 330 0630, open 10:00-22:00 every day.
Advice from Samaritans if you are concerned about your mental health and wellbeing during this crisis. Whatever you’re going through, you can call Samaritans 24 hours a day, 365 days a year FREE on 116 123.
